If a lead chooses to not use MMS messaging services as their preferred method of contact, they will be removed from our service and notes and tasks will be left for someone in studio to make contact with your lead.

All leads can be tracked via the Lead Management portion of the Queup platform. This platform provides an overview of impressions and prospect activity.

The platform will be maintained and monitored by a Queup rep all the way through your S/O. During that time the rep will be training your on-site GM on the operation of our platform so that they can seamlessly transition into their management process while taking full advantage our platforms functionality.
